The Winetree Evansville tells BourbonBlog.com that their Whiskey and Beer Charity Event will be on Saturday, December 12th, in the Banquet Room at Wolf’s Bar-B-Q (6600 North First Ave. Evansville, IN).

Guests are invited to arrive after 2:00pm. The event will begin at 2:30pm and end at 5:00pm.

Auction Items:

Live auction with bidding will start at the retail price of the item being presented and will raise in minimum increments of $5.00. All bids in excess of the retail price will go to benefit Riley Children’s Hospital.

Bidders must be 21 and have a valid Driver’s License to participate. Auction winners will be able to collect their items after 10:00am on Monday, December 14th, at The Winetree East location. Winners must have their Valid Driver’s

License to collect their items.

Drawing Items:

Submissions of names for the drawings will begin at 8:00am on Tuesday, December 8th, at all three Winetree locations.

To submit your name for the drawing you will need to complete a submission form with your name as it appears on your driver’s license, your date of birth, phone number, and which item drawing(s) you would like to
participate in.

You may participate in any or all of the drawings, but there is only one entry per drawing, per person. Drawing submissions will end at 6:00pm on Friday, December 11th. Drawing winners will be announced at the Event on Saturday, December 12th.

Drawing winners will be able to collect their items after 10:00am on Monday, December 14th, at The Winetree East location. Winners must have their Driver’s License to collect their items. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of drawing items will go to benefit Riley Children’s Hospital.

Payment, if made by credit card, must match Driver’s License of item winner. Checks will not be accepted.

The Deadline to collect Auction and Drawing items is 6pm Thursday, December 24th.
