Poire a chocolatYears ago in Luzern, Switzerland, I had some Pear and Chocolate Gelato that left me with a refreshingly Swiss image.

After our recent sampling of the Godiva Chocolate Vodka and having found an extreme appreciation for Xanté Pear Liqueur, one finishing touch is needed to recreate a flavor..Russian Standard Vodka!

Poire au Chocolat

1 part Xanté Pear liqueur
1 part Godiva Chocolate Vodka
1 part Russian Standard Vodka

Combine all ingredients in shaker tin. Shake over ice. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with slice of pear.
