The Firefly Distillery tells BourbonBlog.com that their upcoming “Cocktails with a Cause” event will unveil the signature Spa at Charleston Place Firefly Cocktail, a silent auction featuring one-of-a-kind experiences and items, a signature nail polish change and more. Scott Newitt, co-owner of Firefly, will be in attendance as he will donate an additional $2,500 if they reach their $5,000 goal.
The soiree cocktail party is part of the “I Will Reflect” Melanoma Awareness and Prevention Initiative to educate Charleston residents about the dangers of melanoma and tips for prevention. All proceeds from the ticket sales and auction will benefit the Medical University of South Carolina Foundation’s Department of Dermatology.
