Color: Medium copper to amber
Nose: Nutty and slightly pepper. Vanilla with some mint.
Taste: Sweet on front end with corn playing against a vibrant oak in well-balanced fashion. Midway through, the mouthfeel is smooth and soft. Approachable and easy drinking.
Finish: Light smoke and sweet born.

Looks like a nice find. It’s good to see the resurgence of the whisky industry in NY (even if this is 20+ year old news…)
