You can experience BourbonBlog.com‘s Chef / Mixlogost Stephen Dennison teaming up with Bourbon Barrel Food in Louisville, Kentucky. Stephen Dennison, who you’ll see bartending at Bistro 1860, will appear at Bourbon Barrel Foods’ Kitchen Studio (pictured below) on Thursday, June 26th at 7:00pm.

Just as Dennison is globally recognized as one of the most creative and talented mixologists, Bourbon Barrel Foods are innovators in food who have invented such products like Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt Bourbon Barrel aged “Bluegrass Soy Sauce.”

Tickets for this event are $45.00 per guest and are reserved by calling 502-333-6103 x 4. Guests will enjoy the full three course menu as listed below consisting of specialty cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres that explore Bourbon Country’s unique flavors.

Menu items include an Umami Gazpacho, Kentuckyaki Filet Mignon, a Smoked Manhattan, and other innovative small plates and cocktail pairings.

Matt Jamie founded Bourbon Barrel Foods in 2006 as America’s only soy sauce microbrewery. Bourbon Barrel Foods quickly became a cornerstone to Bourbon Country’s rich heritage.

We’ve been following their progress since the company’s beginning, the product line expanded to include a gourmet sauces, bourbon smoked spices, artisan sugars,and a partnership with Woodford Reserve®. Bourbon Barrel Foods is located in Louisville’s historic Butchertown Market.
