A few Drambuie Christmas cocktails from mixologist Anthony Caporale!

Drambuie 15 Flaming Scotch Mocha

hot_chocolate In a footed coffee mug, add:

1 tbsp. Cocoa
6 oz. Hot Coffee

-Stir until cocoa is completely dissolved, add.

1-1/2 oz. DRAMBUIE® 15 Scotch Liqueur

With a culinary torch, flame:

-3 mini-marshmallows on a short wooden skewer
-Extinguish by submerging skewer in drink.

Drambuie Stout Syllabub

 

Drambuie bottleIn a shaker tin half-filled with ice, add:

1 oz. DRAMBUIE® Scotch Liqueur
1 oz. Heavy Cream
1 oz. Egg Beaters
½ oz. Fresh Orange Juice
1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Zest

Shake to thicken, add:

3 oz. Stout Ale

-Stir gently.
-Double-strain into a wide glass.
-Garnish with freshly-grated nutmeg.
