Kentucky Bourbon, Bison, and Lettuce Travel to DC For The 2009 Bluegrass Ball held by The Kentucky Society of Washington

Head Chef Michael Paley of Proof on Main at 21c in Louisville, Kentucky is taking fresh Kentucky ingredients with him to Washington DC as he will prepare a dinner for over a thousand guests as the Executive Chef at The 2009 Bluegrass Ball held by The Kentucky Society of Washington during the Presidential Inauguration. In this video, Chef Paley gives us a preview of the Kentucky menu for The Bluegrass Ball, especially the Warm Vanilla Pudding Cake which has a touch of bourbon.
